My journey initially started with Mr Abdulrahman late 2017/early2018. From the age of 16 I have suffered with tonsillitis, so nearly 9 years. I could have up to 5 episodes within the one year resulting in me being in immense pain This effected my work life greatly as I could often be signed off work for the duration of the illness.
After consultation with Mr Abdulrahman and after a brief examination of my ears, nose and throat he advised that the issue was actually to do with my nose not my tonsils. it was decided that I would need to have sinus surgery and a septoplasty to correct the previous trauma. After my first surgery I was astounded with the results, my breathing was so much better especially when I slept. To this day I have suffered no tonsillitis, my hay fever is nowhere near as bad as what it prior to the surgery.
At this stage, I asked Mr Abdulrahman for advice on a personal query, I was born with two different ears to put it broadly. It’s something that bothered me my entire life even to this day I find it difficult to discuss.
I asked Mr Abdulrahman could he help me, to my surprise he could .
After my second surgery I woke up in recovery to be greeted by Mr Abdulrahman, he showed me pictures of my ear he took after the surgery was completed. I was speechless with the results. What he was able to create looked so natural, I didn’t think it would be possible.
The level of service I received from Mr Abdulrahman can only be descried as first class, from my first consultation to my latest check up he has been amazing.
Any queries or worries I had he followed up immediately this really put my mind at ease. This is something I have suffered with my entire life, only I will only ever truly understand the benefits, I can’t put into words how much this has changed my life all thanks to the kindness and willingness to help from Mr Abdulrahman. I would highly recommend him to any patient needing an ENT surgery. I can’t thank him enough.

My son was suffering for a few years with severe tonsillitis & Quincy, after being admitted on numerous occasions & his education starting to suffer Dr Shawkat took over his care & performed a tonsillectomy. Since the procedure it feels like my son has a new lease of life. He is doing his leaving cert this year.
